• TO ALL BARGAINING UNIT EMPLOYEES:

  (For those of you who are confused about who a bargaining unit employee (BUE) is, a BUE is an employee who is not management, a supervisor or confidential employee.)

  The CDER/NTEU Cooperation Council is in its preliminary stages. The Cooperation Council is made up of at least five NTEU representatives and at least five CDER management representatives. The Cooperation Council will meet periodically to discuss ways to implement programs, or address problems/issues that are important to our bargaining unit and hopefully be able to reach an amicable solution to these problems/issues.

  NTEU would appreciate your filling out the attached survey on your off time (i.e., lunch break, after hours, etc.) so that we may use this information for our Cooperation Council. This information is strictly confidential.
